A volunteer-run, not-for-profit organization created by seniors for seniors, aiming to improve quality of life, reduce social isolation, and support healthy aging through virtual education, fitness, social connection, and peer-based programming
Provides free, virtual programs for adults aged 55 and older across Ontario to support physical health, mental well-being, and social connection
- programs are delivered primarily online and are designed to reduce social isolation, promote active aging, and help seniors remain engaged in their communities
- programs are open to seniors of all backgrounds and abilities
Programs include:
- virtual seniors fitness classes, offering guided, low-impact exercises led by trained instructors
- educational workshops and webinars on health, wellness, and aging-related topics
- social and recreational activities, including virtual group events that encourage peer connection
- reduce Social Isolation support, which offers outreach and supportive conversations for seniors experiencing loneliness
- dance-based movement programs for older adults, such as on-demand dance sessions
- one-on-one consultations related to physical fitness and healthy aging
