Private assisted living and transitional care home for seniors with a capacity of up to 10 residents * 24-hour supervision * respite/short stay available depending on availability * transitional care and long term care stay * wait list for transitional care is about one to three months
Services included in monthly fees:
- nursing staff visits few times per week
- doctor visits weekly to check on patients
- assistance with activities of daily living
- assistance with feeding, personal hygiene , and ambulation
- continence care
- medication management
- emergency response system
- housekeeping including personal linen and laundry services
- meals
- daily planned social activities and wellness programs
