121 suites (single suites, one bedroom, one bedroom with den, and two bedrooms suites) retirement residence * resident capacity of 150 * provides short stay (i.e. temporary, vacation, convalescent, respite care) when space permits * offering free exercise classes, falls prevention and osteoporosis programs for seniors, older adults with disabilities and those that suffer from chronic illness * Aquafit program available in the heated saltwater indoor pool
Basic services include:
- 24 hour nursing staff
- personal care
- medication administration
- emergency response system
- meals (can accommodate most therapeutic diets)
- housekeeping
- linens, bed changes
- laundry
- social, recreation programs
Care types include:- independent living (on-site care services can be purchased for people who need a little help)
- assisted living (nursing care, medication administration, bathing assistance, weekly personal laundry)
- respite care (daily rates available)
Additional for fee services include hair care, foot care, indoor parking, transportation, spa services, etc.
