Six-storey complex retirement residence with 89 units with a resident capacity of 100 * choice of either independent or assisted living packages available * respite care services available for older adults when space permits * grab rail for walking assistance * complimentary parking for residents
Services include:
- 24 hour nursing staff
- physician home visits
- personal care (bathing assistance)
- medication administration
- emergency call buttons
- meals
- weekly housekeeping
- weekly linens, bed changes
- laundry
- social, recreation programs
Additional for fee services available through Enhanced Living packages or à la carte such as:- medication management and administration assistance
- personal laundry
- lunch programs
- external services
- personal care including assistance with bathing, dressing, hair washing, nail care, oral care, and escort services to meals
- incontinence care
- personal activities of daily living (ADL) programs
- pharmacy with prescription delivery
