 Services for adults include:
 
 Residential Accommodations
 provides residential support to adults with developmental disabilitieshomes located in Acton, Milton and Georgetownpeople receiving support can share a home with up to four other people24-hour care is provided by staff on a shift-rotation basisresidential services include: assistance with day-to-day routines * development of skills in meal preparation, household responsibilities, shopping, budgeting, and all aspects of daily living * administer medications and treatments * medical, dental and specialist consultations and follow-up * leisure and recreational activities
 Supported Independent Living (SIL)
 provides adults with an intellectual disability living in their own homes with the necessary supports to develop community connections and empowers people to live independently within their communitytailor to individual's unique needs, abilities, desires and goalsservices include: financial planning and budgeting * medical coordination * meal planning and preparation * apartment management including tenant-landlord issues * organizing social and recreational activities * supporting the involvement of family and friends, and exercising one's rights
 Community Supports + Recreation and Leisure Programs
 encourages goal-setting and advancing in areas of interest as well as recreation and leisure activitiescan be offered through the week, evenings and weekends flexibility of services after business hoursafter school respite
 S.T.E.P (Specialized Treatment & Education Program)
 
 offered within Inclusive Supports, S.T.E.P is community-based with emphasis on communication, recreation, education, volunteerism, and wellnessThis program engages our supported individuals 7 days a week with a focus on assisting those with significant behavioural challenges
 Inclusive Supports
 this program consists of 4 phases: Treatment, Development, Stabilization and Maintenancehelp individuals who are in the Residential Accommodations program to build skills, knowledge and independence within their community
 Homeshare Program
 offers community members the option to match up with a supported individual for alternative housingagency will financially compensate people who provide their living space, and also assist in the set up so that the needs of the individual are metliving spaces in the North Halton Area include but are not limited to community clubs, churches, social groups, etc.
 Adult Day Program
 
 Programs are in both Milton and GeorgetownMon-Fri, 9am-3pmActivities include onsite and community fun (cooking, movies, crafts, games, and so much more!)Activities are chosen based on participant input and abilitiesFee-for-service (Passport funding may be utilized)For more information please contact passports@clnh.on.ca
