Parking is regulated in the Town of Halton Hills for public safety, maintenance and accessibility of residents. Maintenance of public parking lots is completed by the Town's href="https://halton.cioc.ca/record/ACT0833">Public Works Division.

Parking Exemptions
Parking exemptions are granted to allow residents to park on the street for up to 24 days per calendar year, per vehicle license plate. A parking exemption allows vehicles to park in excess of six (6) hours; and/or between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m., during the winter months, November 15th to April 15th.
Overnight Parking Permits
- The Town of Halton Hills provides limited, overnight parking in designated municipal lots from 7 pm-7 am
- Parking permits are required, and monthly permit fees apply
