Multidisciplinary clinic to treat the physical, cognitive, emotional and sleep symptoms of concussion and chronic pain * team consists of neurologists, neurology nurse practitioners, neurosurgeons, psychiatrists, radiologists, physiotherapists specializing in balance and vision disorders, occupational therapists, clinical counsellors, and kinesiologists * virtual medicine and treatment of concussion and pain available
