Provides emergency housing for single males and females over 25 years old * accommodates 111 individuals with temporary emergency shelter services
Services provided in emergency shelter programs:
- housing connections and advocacy
- case management
- referrals to community-based resources (health, mental health, long-term support and other services)
- recovery support for substance use disorder
- spiritual and religious care
- computer access
Peel Street Helpline (Peel Street Outreach Program) 1-877-848-8481 * mobile team includes mental health support staff, substance use harm reduction staff, family transition outreach staff, and housing support worker * provides food, personal supplies, housing/emergency shelter, mental health and/or substance help
