150 suites (169 resident capacity) retirement home with selection of rental suites including studio, one bedroom, and two bedrooms * independent living or independent supportive living * secure Memory Care Home Area for those with cognitive or memory impairments * assisted living option available for existing residents (supportive care to residents who need assistance with daily tasks, but do not require the skilled care provided at long term care facility) * pet friendly * offers month-to-month leasing (non-furnished)
