- post-shingles neuropathic pain
- pain related to surgery and post-operative pain lasting longer than three months
- whiplash injuries
- motor vehicle injuries
- work-related injuries
- sport injuries
- migraine headache
- fibromyalgia
- chronic back pain
- head and neck pain
- joint pain
- abdominal pain
