- Citylink - 24-hour phone service which gives scheduled arrival times of buses at nearest stop

- MiWay Affordable Transit Program (ATP) offers discount on the regular cost of a monthly MiWay transit pass to eligible applicants * call 905-793-9200 and ask to speak with the Affordable Transit Program Coordinator or apply online at peelregion.ca/affordable transit
- For bus stop snow clearing, call the City 3-1-1 and provide the 4-digit bus stop number
