Support within housing program that provides residents with the ability to thrive independently within their community. Professional staff support is on-site and work 24/ 7. This program works to support the residents by addressing their recovery and well-being goals, helping residents to develop and maintain life living skills, such as cooking, cleaning and hygiene practices.

Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals.
Referrals are through The Access Point. Please call or fill out the application form online.
Once the application is received, a service navigator will call the individual to set up an appointment to do an intake assessment.
Once referred to Reena, Reena will arrange an initial interview, followed by a tour or the residence for acceptable applicant.
