Description des services:

Provides caring services to the disabled, elderly, Alzheimer's and palliative clients * services are provided in client's own home, nursing or retirement home, long term care home, and in hospitals
Services include:- medical services: wound care, injections, monitoring health conditions (diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease), providing assistance with medical equipment
- respiratory care (nurse coach clients to manage their respiratory conditions to reduce respiratory distress)
- palliative care
- respite care (caregiver relief)
- personal and home care such as bathing, cooking, feeding, continence care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, etc.
- medication reminders
- mobility support (assistance with walking, transfers, and exercises to promote mobility and reduce the risk of falls)
- in-home or live-in companionship
